Privacy notice
How website information is handled.
Effective August 26, 2026
Information you provide
Opsell collects the business-profile and contact information you submit through the eligibility check, such as your name, company, role, website, email, industry, company scale, operating history and high-level descriptions of how business records are organized.
No company datasets
The assessment is not designed to collect operational datasets, customer lists, confidential documents or access credentials. Please do not submit those materials through the website.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to evaluate potential fit, prepare an internal qualification brief, contact you about the review and improve the assessment experience. Opsell may use service providers that support website hosting, storage and communications.
Introductions
Completing the assessment does not authorize Opsell to introduce your company or share the profile with a third-party data company. Opsell seeks separate permission before making a specific introduction.
Anonymization in a partnership
No company files are required for an initial estimate. If your company chooses to proceed with a data partnership, contributed data is anonymized and identifying information is removed before downstream use. Your company approves the data scope, safeguards and permitted use as part of its agreement with the AI company.
Website analytics
Opsell records limited interaction events—such as page views, assessment starts and completed steps—to understand whether the website is working effectively. These events are not company datasets.
Retention and choices
Information may be retained while Opsell evaluates the opportunity and for reasonable business, security and recordkeeping needs. You may email partnerships@opsell.io to request that information be corrected or deleted, subject to applicable obligations.
Important boundary
This notice describes Opsell's website and qualification process. A third-party data company will provide its own terms, privacy information, security requirements and diligence process if you choose to proceed after an approved introduction.
