Purpose of the website
Opsell is an independent global enterprise data sourcing and licensing business supporting enterprises, AI labs, model developers and data acquisition partners. We help identify opportunities, qualify requirements and coordinate commercial arrangements and delivery.
The assessment is preliminary
Any fit result is a high-level, qualitative indication only. It is not an appraisal, offer, acceptance, commitment or guarantee of eligibility, compensation or partnership.
No transfer or authorization
Using the website does not transfer, sell or license company records. It does not authorize Opsell to share your company profile or engage a specific buyer. Separate approval is required before any buyer-specific engagement.
Independent role
Opsell is independent and is not an authorized representative of any third-party AI company or data partnership program. Opportunities may involve direct AI lab agreements or intermediary-led transactions. Each party makes its own diligence and contracting decisions; no party is bound to a transaction by a website inquiry. Technical service providers and authorized subcontractors may support preparation and delivery where agreed.
Transaction-specific requirements
Before sensitive data is shared, the relevant agreements establish seller-approved scope, licensing rights, permitted use, confidentiality, applicable privacy requirements, authorized recipients and responsibilities for preparation, secure processing, transfer, retention and deletion. De-identification requirements depend on the data and intended use; Opsell does not promise universal anonymization or certified processing infrastructure.

Accurate information
You agree to provide information you are authorized to share and to avoid submitting company datasets, customer information, confidential documents or system credentials through any public website form.

Opsell may update the website and these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised website terms.
