Opsell provides independent opportunity discovery, qualification, preparation and introduction support for established businesses exploring potential data partnerships.
The assessment is preliminary
Any fit result is a high-level, qualitative indication only. It is not an appraisal, offer, acceptance, commitment or guarantee of eligibility, compensation or partnership.
No transfer or authorization
Using the website does not transfer, sell or license company records. It does not authorize Opsell to make an introduction. Separate approval is required before Opsell introduces your company to a specific third party.
Independent role
Opsell is independent and is not an authorized representative of any third-party AI company or data partnership program. The relevant third party determines its own eligibility, estimates, diligence, contracting, security, technical process and commercial terms.
No professional advice
Opsell does not provide legal, privacy, cybersecurity, tax, accounting or valuation advice. Your company is responsible for obtaining its own professional advice before entering any agreement.
Accurate information
You agree to provide information you are authorized to share and to avoid submitting company datasets, customer information, confidential documents or system credentials through the assessment.
Changes
Opsell may update the website and these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised website terms.
